Christopher Heath - The President, has a B.A. in Law from Huddersfield University, England. He was a Partner for 15 years, at a reputable Process Serving Company in the heart of the City of Toronto and contributed to that company’s longevity. He is now fulfilling a life-long ambition to manage and operate his own Process Serving Company that is forward thinking, innovative and client - care focused. Throughout his working in the Process serving industry, he has forged cordial relationships with members of court staff at the various courthouses, government offices and with members of the Legal profession. He is also very familiar and knowledgeable in the Rules of Civil Procedure and practice directions.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the process serving and Litigation Support industry, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). Being a member of NAPPS enables us to service your needs in a cost efficient, professional and timely manner - in the U.S.A and around the world, with our network of reliable agents.
